This is a member and their guest only drive. Limitations are based on our the number of hotel rooms we have. We have 15 possibly 16 rooms. It is an overnight event.
Time to mark your calendar, register via Motorsports Reg and book your hotel room for this for this exciting new club drive.
To participate please:
- Register for the event
- Book your hotel room at the Bear's Claw Lodge by May 23, 2025 . We have negotiated group rates of between $129-$169 +taxes depending on the room. We have booked the entire hotel and the restaurant for our club members so this event will be a great BMWCCBC party! Some rooms have added bunk beds or sofa so if you want to double up with another member or have family book those rooms early. Pets are allowed in certain rooms only and there is a surcharge of $20. To make a reservation within the group block you MUST call the hotel direct at 250-457-9705 . Tell the front desk agent that you want to make a reservation with the BMW Car Club of BC.
Day 1: Departure from Freshco Grocery Store Parking Lot 32520 Lougheed Hwy. Mission BC. Drivers meeting 12:00PM Departure 12:15PM
Dinner and Party at Bear's Creek Lodge Cache Creek
Day 2: Drive from Cache Creek to Seton Lake for Photo Op and then on to lunch at Fescues Restaurant at Big Sky Golf Course in Pemberton. After lunch we can drive as a group or individually along the Sea to Sky Hwy back to the Vancouver area where everyone goes their own way.
